He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Lentz (Metz); and his niece Heather Troutner. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Lentz (Jody), Kathy Troutner (Bill) and Connie Mullet (Mark); and his close friends, Peanut, Bob Beech, Bob Husvan, Brad, Brent and Derrick.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Grove Cemetery (8270 Cemetery Pike, Plain City, OH 43064).
