He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Phyllis Jane Mossbarger McMillen; his brother Ronald Lee McMillen; and his grandparents, Lester, Hazel McMillen, Virgil and Pauline Mossbarger.

He is survived by: his wife DiAnn Topp McMillen; his children, Madison "Maddie" Jane McMillen of Madison, Wisconsin and Matthew "Matt" William McMillen of Plain City; his cousin Douglas Gerrard (Janet); and his brother-in-law Doug Topp (Barb).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Catawba United Church building fund.
