We bid farewell to William Robert Yoder of Plain City, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 74. William Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Yoder and Mary Yoder of McVeytown, Pennsylvania.; and his sisters, Patricia Yoder and Carol Chastain. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Yoder (Gingerich); his children, Sheila (Michael Flood), Wendell, Roxanne (Keith Yoder) and Sheldon (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jude, Charlotte Flood, Briony Yoder, Chase, Evan and Levi Yoder; and his siblings, Mary Knepper, Harold Yoder, Linda Webster and Jerry Yoder.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the United Bethel Mennonite Church (11342 Lafayette Plain City Rd, Plain City, OH 43064). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
