He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Willoughby and Lucille Willoughby (Clayton); his siblings, Julia Willoughby, Denny Willoughby, Jack Willoughby and Bruce Miller; and his grandsons, Douglas Jacob Willoughby and Jesse Fry.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Bush; his children, Teri Willoughby-Deters (Adam Deters), Doug (Angela Willoughby), Debbie (Elwood Ashman), Jeff Willoughby of Tipp City and Jason (Suzanna Willoughby); and his siblings, Barry Willoughby of Troy and Gloria Greene of Troy. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
