He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duffey and Marceda Duffey (Hodges). He is survived by: his children, Heather Welbaum (Daniel) of Troy and Travis Duffey (Alyssa) of Hilliard, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abigail, Alaina, Amanda Welbaum, Emma, Piper and Grady Duffey; his brother Toby Duffey of Bradford, Ohio; and his friends, George Sherry of Covington and Tony Buchholtz of Greenville, Ohio. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
