He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Maggart (Pittman). He is survived by: his father Charles Maggart; his wife Sherry Maggart (Fessler); his sons, Mark Alan (Stacy Maggart) and Spencer Ray Maggart (Chelsea Clawson); his granddaughter Jolene Jade; his daughter Alisha Marie (Eric Wood); his grandchild Ivy Rae; his siblings, Becky Johnson and Charles Maggart; and his close friends, Jeff and Deedy Curtis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
