She is survived by: her children, Philbert L., Jr. (Cindi Westfall), Karen Smith of Delaware, Pamela (Jeff Macy) and Wilma Francis (Marty Spitler); her grandchildren, Matt, Scott, Julia, Amy, Chad, Bryan, Brandon and Alicia; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Jasa, Carter S., Ava, Landen, Paxton, Carter R., Gavin, Chase, Kinsley, Austin, Layla, Larkin, Bentley, Oakley and Brinley; and her nephew James David Christian of Versailles.
