He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Clouse and Ada Clouse (Heaton). He is survived by: his children, Amy Jackson (Dave) of Troy and Mike Clouse (Carina) of Piqua; and his grandchildren, Christian, Andrew, Joshua and Lacey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice.
