He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Zapadka (Michael), Chris Kirk (Angela), Heather Martinez (Oscar), Aaron Kirk (Jennifer), Casi Herstine (Kevin) and Andrew Kirk; his sisters, Kerry Elifritz (Dick) and Cindy Gold (Rick); and his grandchildren, Alex, Sam Zapadka, Jackie, Marshall Kirk, Aiden, Veronica Pillion and Coen Herstine.
