He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Cole and Mae Cole; his wife Vada Mae Cole; and his siblings, John Cole, Linville Cole (Buge), Leonard Cole, Fred Cole, Ralph Cole, Betty Stewart, Beulah Hasting, Francis Craines and Nelly Jane Cole.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lonnie Cole (LG), Harold Cole, Dottie Wheeler and Catherine Cole. He is also survived by his sons and his grandchildren.
