He was predeceased by: his siblings, Randy Simmons, Wanda Barnett and Judy Gould. He is survived by: his wife Janice Simmons; his sons, Kevin Simmons (Annie), Ward Simmons, Matthew Simmons and Anthony Simmons (Brittany); his grandchildren, Elex, Owen, Jacob, Madison, Ethan, Bella, Marissa, Andrea, Reese, Karlah, Paityn and Ellie; and his siblings, Rick Simmons, Christine Miracle and Janey McRoberts.
