He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Miller and Jewel Miller. He is survived by: his wife Tena Miller; his children, Michael Miller (Tiffany), Stephany Zeigler (Nathan) and Matthew Miller (Lorie); his grandchildren, Faith Miller, Christian Miller, MJ Miller and Noah Miller; and his siblings, Linda Miller-Ortlieb and Robert Miller. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
