He is survived by: his wife Tracy Doller; his children, Sara Doller and Andrew Doller (Elizabeth); his stepmother Peggy Doller; his grandchildren, Hadley, Tinsley, Kade, Brooklyn and Olivia; and his brother Jim Doller. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
