He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Jo Hale; his son-in-law Mark L Spangler; his grandchildren, Amanda Stephens (Paul) and Joshua Tash (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Carrie Stephens, Isabelle Tash and George Tash; his stepgranddaughters, Nicole Clark (Greg) and Kirsten McNeill (David); his stepgreat-grandson Owen; and his siblings, Jack Hale (Carol), Paul Hale (Ann), John Hale, Alene Sexton, Della Gayheart and Nola Gayheart (Edsel).
