He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stevens (Funk); his children, Christopher Stevens (Kim) of Mansfield, Ohio, Angela Hathaway (Brett) of Simpsonville, Carrie Harris (Matt) of Willard, Ohio, Dawn McDaniel (Brett) of Willard and Scott Estridge (Dianna Adelman) of Tiro, Ohio; his grandchildren, Justin (Jennifer), J. J., Ashley, Alexis (Khullen), Natalie, Jordyn (Clay), Austin, Isabella, Myli, Jacklyn and Jakob; his sisters, Ruth Fetzer (Jim) of Shelby and Carol Stevens of New Haven, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Stevens and Dianna Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
