He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Augustine and Victoria Augustine (Fodor); his wife Wilma Augustine (Furr); and his siblings, Elaine Richards and Gregg Augustine.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Augustine of Utah, Adam Augustine of Polk, Laura Stuhr (Derek) of Kansas, Kara Shibler (Andrew) of Kansas, Raymond Baer of Leavittsburg and Diane Thomas (Scott) of Akron; and his sisters, Tricia Colclough (Tom), Lissa Penza (Tom), Janna Augustine (Al Bauman) and Sharon Augustine. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
