We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Bonnie L. Wolfe (Pomeroy, Ohio), born in Athens, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Bonnie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bonnie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Wolfe; and her parents, Mazie Mineard and Jesse Mineard. She is survived by: her son Alan Wolfe; her sister Becky Bailey; and her sibling's children, Steve Bailey Jr., Heidi Bailey and Tracy Payne Junker. She is also survived by sisters and brothers and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (168 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alexander or Nelsonville-York student scholarship programs are being accepted in honor of Bonnies dedication to education and helping young students start their life journey.
