She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Howard Nicholson and Eunice Nicholson; her brother Donald Nicholson of Athens; and her siblings-in-law, Betty and Mike Hammer of Columbus.
She is survived by: her daughter Jayne; her son-in-law Tobin Mann of Lancaster; her grandson Quinlan Mann; and her sister Evelyn Nicholson Dishong of The Plains. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ewing-Schwarzel Family Center (116 W 2nd St, Pomeroy, OH 45769).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Meigs Cooperative Parish, where Charlene volunteered for many years, or to The First Baptist Church of Middleport.
