He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dubbs and Bonnie Rickie Dubbs; his sons, Jesse and Richard Dubbs; and his brother Gene Dubbs.
He is survived by: his significant other Violet Hayman of Pomeroy; his sister Mary Sterner of Longview, Washington; his children, David Dubbs (Courtney) of Chauncey and Mary Moore of Galveston, Texas; his stepchildren, Julie Bondar of Charles Town, WV, John Hunnell of Pomeroy and Jennifer Mullins (Matt) of Pomeroy; his siblings-in-law, Clarence Hayman of Lockborne, Lisa Johnson (Bob) of Middleport, Valerie Will (Wayne) of New Haven, WV and June Schoolcraft of Cottageville, WV; and his grandson Hunter Mullins. He is also survived by several extended family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Biram-Hayman Cemetery.
