He is survived by: his children, John David Follrod and Gina Follrod; his grandchildren, Bethany, Ashli, Jessica, Alicia and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Atticus, Katelyn, Kylie, Landon and Beau; his siblings, Danny Follrod, JoEllen Roush and Kay Fulks (Terry); and his siblings' children, Kim Follrod and Darin Roush.
