He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Stanley and Alice Boring Stanley; and his sister Cathy Stanley. He is survived by: his significant other Della Casteel; his children, Stephanie Stanley of Pomeroy, Stacy Stanley of Pomeroy and David Stanley of Pomeroy; and his brothers, Steve Stanley and Chuck Stanley of Pomeroy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
