Sally Welsh Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally Welsh of Pomeroy, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Harry Payne and Freda Halcomb Payne Carsey (Joseph Carsey); and her siblings, James, Wayne, Judy and Polly.
She is survived by: her children, Rob Welsh (Sherrie), Nancy Vanderhoff (Bill) and Jim Welsh (Diana); her grandchildren, Jamie, Vanekia, Beth, Travis, Tammi, Jason, Maddy, Angel, Ernie, Kacie, Samantha and Max; her sister Cathy Conde (Bruce); and her close friend David Quigley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
