She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Guthrie (Smith) and Julius Maddox Guthrie; and her grandparents, Estel, Maude Myrtle Jeanette Smith (Parrott) of Kentucky, Bertha Savannah Lou'ana and Newt Guthrie of Alabama.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Isbell (Joe) of Port Clinton, Martha Hammock (Tommy) of Sandusky, Glenda Joy Dusseau and Charles Edward Guthrie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great/grand nieces, great/grand nephews, in-laws and cousins/relatives.
