He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his children, Donald Phillips, Jr. (Melissa Mazzei) of Tallmadge, OH and Georgia Pollard of Port Clinton; his grandchildren, Joan Heintz (Keith Yates), Daniel Heintz, Chase Shedron and Emma Phillips; his great grandchildren, Phoenix Yates and Michael Yates; and his sister Judith Wheeler of Port Clinton, OH..
