She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sheley and Anna Sheley (Price); her husband James Cronau; her parents-in-law, Ida and Justice Cronau; and her siblings-in-law, John J., Martha Cronau and Ralph Wisecup.

She is survived by: her children, Jeanette Winsor (John), Jefferson Cronau (Holly Reidel), Jacqueline Cronau and John R. Cronau (Julie Rannells); her grandchildren, Jeanette H. Winsor, Justin Cronau (Rachel), Jessica Reece (Jonathan), James Cronau (Victoria) and Elizabeth Langston (Austin); her great grandchildren, Larai Pascimi Taro and Ourobouros Pneuma Ereuneteza; and her sister Rosemary Wisecup of Hamilton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John Lutheran Church in New Washington.
