It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Frasher McClelland (Port Clinton, Ohio), born in Barnesville, Ohio, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Frasher and Laura Frasher (Wilkes); her husband Donald D. McClelland; and her siblings, William, Eleanor, Betty Faye, Esther Kalp, Velma Harshman, Ruth Johnson, Kay Harshman, John Frasher, Ted Frasher and Floyd Frasher.

She is survived by : her nephew William Frasher (Cindy) of Marblehead. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
