He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Swartz and Emily Swartz (Rowe); and his stepson Randy Logan. He is survived by: his wife Beulah Swartz; his children, Sandy Palmer (Larry) of Bethlehem, PA, Randy Swartz (Jennifer) and Scott Swartz (Sharon); his stepchildren, Dellynn Smith (Ray) and Jody Logan; and his brother Thomas (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
