He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Feeney and Agnes Feeney (Jennings); his wife Dolores G. Bell (Bell); and his siblings, Eileen Lynch and James Feeney.

He is survived by: his children, Terry Ernst (Bob) of Cincinnati, OH, Maureen "Mo" Reese (Ron) of Westerville, OH and Joe Feeney of Brecksville, OH; his granddaughter Mary (Brandon); his great grandchild Leah Miller; and his siblings, Margaret O'Brien of Scarsdale, NY and John T. Feeney of Towson, MD.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (414 Madison St, Port Clinton, OH 43452).
