She is survived by : her siblings, Elzalena, David Ditzler, Charles McConnell III, Christine Seiffert, Maureen and John Ruhl; her former life partner Randy Mikonowicz; her son Randy; her husband Robert Hoffman; her son Edward [Michelle] Mikonowicz; her grandchildren, Sarah [Jake] Bowman, Kelly, Kyle and Samantha Mikonowicz; her great grandchildren, Logan, Colton and Leah Bowman; her sons, Joseph Mikonowicz and Christopher [Stacy] Mikonowicz; her grandchildren, Randy and Megan Mikonowicz; her son Robert [Kerri] Mikonowicz; her grandchildren, Dylan, Cooper, Phoebe and Lincoln Mikonowicz; her daughter Alicia [Robert] Naumann; her grandchildren, Brent [Bailey], Nicholas [Grace], Zachary and Alyxandra Naumann; and her great grandchild Griffin Naumann.
