She is survived by: her children, Betsy Fultz (Dustin Mulligan) of Marblehead, OH, Brittany Fultz (Nick Goff) of Marblehead, OH and Jacob Fultz of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Parker McMurray, Katelyn Mulligan, Lane Mulligan, Carson Colwell, Savannah Goff, Tripp Goff and Reina Fultz; and her siblings, Deborah King (Keith) of Crooksville, OH, Dwayne Pennington (Tammy) of Marblehead, OH, Lisa Balka (Jeff) of Utica, OH, Mark Pennington (Stephanie) of New Lexington, OH, Bug Pennington (Angie) of Corning, OH and April Pennington (Rick Chevelier) of Crooksville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
