We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024, at the age of 82, Phillip Hart of Port Clinton, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hart and Mildred Hart (Ickes); and his former wife Mary Kay Hart (Balsizer). He is survived by: his close friend Elizabeth Pagniano; his children, Scott Hart (Kristi) of Fostoria, Shelly Hart-Payne of Gibsonburg, Stacy Lincicome (Dirk) of Blue Rock, Joshua Clark (Megan) of Norwalk and Megan Andrews of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Kenzie (Sean), Melanie, Drew, Jack, Devin, Alexis, Kimberly, Joshua and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Levi, Avery, Hudson, Willow, Miloa, Harlo and Winslow; and his close friend Max.
