He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Holzscheiter and Genevieve Holzscheiter; and his cousin Susan Earl. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son David Holzscheiter (Ami); his granddaughter Jenna Holzscheiter (Travis Cox); and his brother Dan Holzscheiter (Jean).
