He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Bergman and Mary Jane Bergman (Kessler); his former wife Beverly Bergman (Failor); his daughters, Amy and Susan; and his sisters, Linda (Charles Vaughn) and Judith (James Minoff).
He is survived by: his wife Jean Bergman (Chaffin); his children, Matthew and Andrea McCray (Tim); his brother Mark Bergman (Jill); and his stepchildren, Donald, David, Rick Warnke and Julie McCord (John Oliver). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Thomas's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
