He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Dole Jr. and Kathryn Dole (Phillabaum); his son-in-law Stephen Muncey; his sisters, Joan Bodjiak, Theda Michael and Sandra Miller; his siblings' children, Lori Jo and Kevin; and his brother-in-law Thomas Bergman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dole (Chaffin); his children, Elaine Muncey, James Dole (Susan) and Carol Bidwell (Kip); his grandchildren, Jamie Dole, Adam Dole, Elizabeth Dole, Amy Hanna (Michael), Courtney Kleindorfer (Michael), Kristin Hartford (Ben), Kaylee Lopez (Josue) and Kyle Bidwell (Jordan); his stepgrandchildren, Raymond Muncey and Sarah Bruscato (Joe); and his sister-in-law Jean Bergman. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren: two step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (414 Madison St, Port Clinton, OH 43452). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery (1023 W 3rd St, Port Clinton, OH 43452).
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
