He is survived by: his children, Vera Scott, Rhea Jean Tyree (Clint Hackney) and Delbert Ray Tanner (Deneva); his grandchildren, Cristina A. Scott, Eric Tyree, Trent Vickers, William Vickers, Jason Vickers, Stephanie Vickers, Jacob Hackney, Cortney Hackney and Sierra Tanner; and his sisters, Georgie "Barbara" Bailey and Nora Mae Neel-Toney. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
