She is survived by: her parent Sally Harvey (Ron Cowx); her stepsiblings, Jennifer Nesbitt, Mary Cowx and Brian Cowx; her aunts, Jody Harvey and Chris Reels; her grandmother June Cowx; her kitty Gia; and her close friend Megan Wise. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help defray funeral costs to Jamie's mother, Sally Harvey.
