Curtis Jr. (April) of Akron and Jamie Long (Mike Graves) of Burbank; her grandson David Carl Curtis; her mother-in-law Nancy Curtis of Cookeville; and her siblings-in-law, Brad Curtis (Beth) of Johnston and Leighann Wojick (Gary) of Cookeville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
