She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; and her pets, Doobie, Lighter, Barron and Muffon.
She is survived by: her son John Broer (Heather); her stepchildren, Janet Keeler, Jeff Broer (Elyse) and Jennifer Drozdowski; her grandchildren, Gavin and Chloe; her stepgrandchildren, Milo, Nolan, Lennon, Jackson and Lauren; and her stepson David. She is also survived by family together, and Kathy became a mother.
