She was predeceased by: her father Norman Evans; her granddaughters, Rachel Dawn and Danielle Renee; her grandfather Kenneth "Kenny" Reed; and her nephews, Paul Evans and Matthew Triplett.

She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Reed Evans of Portland; her husband William "Bill" Williams; her children, Michelle Allen (John) of Hamden, Sean Williams and Levi Williams of Portland; her grandchildren, Jacob Allen of Portland, Zoey Ross, Colten Williams and Oliver Williams of Portland; and her siblings, Norma Evans of Portland, Mary Evans of Portland, Jo Ann Evans of Portland and Norman "Bub" Evans of Portland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
