He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Ruggles (Parker); and his siblings, Robbin Holland and Jason Holland. He is survived by: his father Robert Payne; his sisters, Lisa Crace, Lori Day (Billy) and Vickie Smith (Wes); his stepparents, Loretta Payne and Ray Ruggles; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
