He is survived by: his wife Alicia Munguia Erwin; his children, Todd (Karen) of Pataskala, Scott Erwin of Ashville, Ohio and Cynthia Houghton of Pataskala, Ohio; and his siblings, Gary Erwin (Rosemary) of Street and Donna Sue Wimberly of Anaheim. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
