He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Smith (Downey); his children, Kimberly Clark (Michael) and Bryan Smith (Debbie); his grandchildren, Taylor Haywood (Zane), Justin Ottney (Allison) and Andrew Smith; his great grandchildren, Bre and Grayson; and his sisters, Carole Smith (Ron) and Judy Smith.
