She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant May and Pearlie Williams May; her husband Charles H. Fields; and her brothers, Luther May, Joe Johnson, Gene May, Okla May and Glen May.
She is survived by: her son Dale Fields; her grandson Bryan Knight; and her brother Doug May. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
