He is survived by : his parents, Hershel Sluss and Tami Headrick; his sons, Kaden Andrew Sluss and Damon Edward Sluss; his sister Michelle Cook (Jason); his nephews, Brayden Cook, Zackary Cook and Austin Hatfield; and his stepparents, Jerry Headrick and Rhonda Bryant.
