He is survived by: his wife Tama "Tamie" Porginiski Hall; his daughters, Jennifer Adkins (Greg) of Dayton, Tiffany Vernier (Roger) of Portsmouth and Ashley Seidel-Higginbotham (Chris) of South Webster; his siblings, John Hall Jr. of Portsmouth, Ron Hall of Dayton and Carolyn Geer of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Tyler Boggs, Ethan Felty, Gracie Vernier, Sophie Vernier and Gabriel Seidel; and his great grandchildren, Luna Boggs, Druscilla Boggs and Violet Felty.
