He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith Williams; his children, James D. Williams (Althea), Michael A. Williams, Debra Payne (John) and Lisa Mathisen; his sister Ruby Stout; his grandsons, Joshua Williams, Jared Williams (Jaimee), Nathan Williams and Nicholas Payne; and his great grandchildren, Makenna Williams, Hayley Williams and Reagan Williams. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
