She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jennings Ratcliff and Myrtle Mae Jenkins Ratcliff; her husband Walter Edward Mershon Jr.; and her siblings, Jean Ryan, Evelyn Johnson and Junior Ratcliff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Hart (Perry) of West Portsmouth, OH, Pam Angel (Fred) of South Shore, KY and Rhonda Hammond (Mark) of McDermott, OH.; her grandchildren, Zachary Hamer (Danielle) of Columbus, OH, Michael Hamer (Brenda) of Columbus, OH, Kirstie Diehl (Russell) of Columbus, OH, Nicholas Angel of Morehead, KY, Bradley Angel (Mary) of Columbus, OH, Angel Ann Hammond of McDermott, OH and Emily Ruth Holsinger (Josh) of Portsmouth, OH.; her great grandchildren, Davy Hamer, Galen Hamer, Violet Hamer and Callum Angel; and her sisters, Irene Monteith of Portsmouth, OH and Phyllis Timberlake of Wheelersburg, OH. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
