We are sad to announce that, on March 18, 2026, at the age of 74, Jeffrey Smith (Portsmouth, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E.'Jack' and Nellie Irene Ball Smith; and his sisters, Patricia Garvic and Dixie Denney. He is survived by: his wife Dona; his children, Kelley Crabtree of Durham, NC and Bruce Reiff (Rhonda) of Lewis Center; his granddaughters, Nicole and Victoria Reiff of Lewis Center; and his sister Sharon Clary (Ron) of Londonderry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
