Kimberly Sue Ruggles Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 27, 2025, at the age of 50, Kimberly Sue Ruggles of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Kimberly's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Kimberly's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Harold Ruggles and Mary Ruggles (Gilliland). She is survived by: her sons, James Cottle and Chandler Ruggles (Taylor); and her close friend Rhonda Shanks. She is also survived by five sisters; five brothers; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boyer Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
