It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lilly Ann Elliott of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 53, on July 21, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bill Howard; her siblings, Simon Howard and Kathy Howard; and her mother-in-law Mary Ellen Sowards. She is survived by: her mother Goldie Stevens Howard; her daughters, Holly Elliott, Mandy Talbert and Rachael Grubbs (Robert); her siblings, Glen Howard, Erin Howard and Madelynn Howard-Barrett; her grandchildren, Drake Hatfield, Liam Smalley, Symon Forshey, Jackstin Elliott, Letty Zamudio, Mary Talbert, Joshua Talbert and Noah Morris; her great grandchild Grayson Sprague; the father of her children James Elliott; and her pet Boomer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
